Finding a MUN should not be the hardest part of doing one.

Delegates search conferences by city, committee, topic, format, fee and deadline, then apply as a Delegate, a Chair or a Team Member without re-typing the same answers each time. Saved autofill answers pour into any organiser's form in one press. Organisers publish a conference, build their own application form or start from a template, review applicants, record who has paid the registration fee, and message accepted delegates. A conference becomes publicly visible only after it passes platform review. Platform administrators approve conferences, handle reports and refunds, and manage organiser strikes. Every administrative and money-moving action is written to an append-only audit log.

NextMUN covers Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and nowhere else. Every conference listed here runs in the capital, and the organisers, venues and committee agendas are the ones a delegate in Riyadh actually encounters. Online editions are listed too, because a delegate here can join those from home. Each organiser has a Secretary-General who owns the listing, reviews applications and answers for the conference.

This is a demonstration platform. Every conference, organisation and delegate shown is fictional, and payments run through a mock processor by default so that the accept, pay, receipt and refund flow can be exercised end to end without moving real money. The security work is not fictional. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sessions are opaque server-side records that can be revoked, authorisation is enforced on the server for every action, and uploads are served only through an access-checked route.
