Introduction
You are given a country and a committee. You argue that country's position, not your own, until the room produces something enough delegations will vote for. That is the whole exercise, and it is harder and more interesting than it sounds.
If you would rather see it than read about it, start here.

Every conference on NextMUN opens some combination of these.
Represent a country in committee and take part in debate.
Run a committee: manage debate, rule on procedure and mark delegates.
The Secretary-General and Deputy Secretary-General are appointed by each conference's organisers, so they are not part of this application. Every other committee leadership seat is a Chair.
Join the organising team as Press, a Volunteer or Security.
Press
Run the conference newsroom: reporting, photography, interviews and the closing bulletin.
Volunteer
Keep the conference moving: registration, runner duties, committee support and setup.
Security
Manage access, badges and crowd flow, and act as first point of contact in an incident.
